Six stages, from first conversation to handover

Briefing & site visit
We discuss your needs, intended uses, site constraints, budget and timing, then define the scope of the next studies.

Survey & 3D model
We survey the existing site or building and build a 3D model. Plans and an initial proposal create a reliable basis for design.

Design & permits
We develop the project, coordinate specialist input, prepare the permit documents and cost plan, and submit the applications required.

Preparing the build
We prepare execution drawings and specifications, invite contractors, compare tenders and support the selection of companies.

Site & works supervision
We coordinate the work on site, monitor quality, schedule and costs, and work with the contractors to resolve construction questions.

Handover & commissioning
We inspect the completed work, list outstanding items, coordinate handover and commissioning, and review final accounts and warranties.

The studies and consultants involved depend on the site and the needs of each project. We coordinate the required expertise, which may include:
- Land survey and topographic survey
